19th Century Elm Dining Table
An excellent 19th Century elm country dining table raised on square section tapering legs The top of this antique dining table has a three plank top with cleated ends and has a wonderful grain with a delightful colour and patina. There are two drawers, one to the end and another to the side, the drawers have attractive iron drop handles. This antique French dining table is a good size and would comfortably sit 8 people, possibly 10. The condition is good, it stands evenly with no wobbles and the drawers run well. There is evidence of old woodworm, as in many antique elm tables, this is not live and has been thoroughly treated for peace of mind. The dining table is shown with a superb pair of antique elm benches, these are a separate item on our website and are not included with the table, they could be purchased to go with the table if required. This is a stunning French elm dining table, practical and decorative and would be a fabulous addition to any kitchen or dining room working well in a traditional or contemporary interior.
