19th Century Fire Guard Fender

A traditional 19th century fire guard fender with brass top rail. This Victorian fender serves as a fender and fire guard and is in good condition, small nick to the wirework as shown in the photos. The iron base plate is solid and the fender is stable and stands evenly and firmly. This antique fender is ready to enhance any fireplace and is both decorative and practical.
