19th Century French Boule Writing Cabinet
A beautiful ebonised and boullework French writing cabinet. The hinged lid opens to reveal an interior of bird's eye maple with fitted letter rack. The velvet lined fall front encloses a pair of ink wells and pen tray. This unusual cabinet sits elegantly above a metal mounted plinth base with inverted corners and delicate turned feet.
