17th Century Style High Back Open Armchair

A beautiful beech antique open armchair in the 17th Century style, the high back has an attractively curved shape. The reeded arms of this Victorian armchair are supported on well turned uprights and the chair is raised on legs following the same form. The very elegant X stretcher adds to the style of this superb chair. This antique armchair has been recovered in a warm oatmeal fabric in our workshop, using traditional methods and high quality materials. This chair is sold with a matching bolster cushion that compliments the style of this decorative chair. The needlepoint cushion is for styling purposes only. A perfect library or drawing room chair.
