19th Century Royal Coat of Arms

This fabulous painted cast iron coat of arms would make a striking decorative centre piece. The central shield is flanked by a crowned lion and heraldic unicorn. The coat of arms features both the motto of the English monarchs "Dieu et mon droit" (God and my right) and the motto of the Order of the Garter "Honi soit qui mal y pense" (Shame upon him who thinks evil on it) on a representation of the garter behind the shield.
