19th Century Tavern Table
A fabulous 19th Century mahogany topped tavern table with a decorative cast iron base, painted in the original dull gold paint. The top is a beautiful mellow colour and it has just been cleaned and waxed. The condition is good, there are a few marks and blemishes which you would expect with an antique piece of character, these can be seen in the photograph. The base is bolted together with iron bolts and has the original dull gold paint, which looks really lovely. This is a useful and very attractive antique table which would enhance any scheme as a side or hall table.
