19th Century Verdigris Copper Jardiniere with Lion Mask Handles

A most unusual antique copper jardiniere with a wonderful verdigris patination. The baluster bowl has lion mask and ring handles, is decorated with urns, swags and a scroll and leaf border. The bowl is supported by a baluster pedestal and stands on a domed base with a border to match the top. The condition is very good, this antique planter has a weighted base to ensure it stands evenly and securely. This is a fabulous 19th century French jardiniere that would be equally stunning whether placed in a conservatory or garden.
