A Superb 19th Century Rosewood & Walnut Centre Table
An exquisite 19th Century Portuguese rosewood and walnut centre table raised on graduated bobbin turned legs and bobbin turned stretchers. This is a very high quality antique table, the beautifully grained and richly coloured rosewood top is surrounded by decorative carving which is repeated on the frieze. This decorative frieze has two opening drawers to the front and dummy drawers to the sides and back. All the drawers have attractive open fret brass escutcheons. The table is in excellent condition and is very stable. The small dimensions and superb proportions of this outstanding antique centre table add to its many desirable features, making it easy to place in any interior. A very stylish addition to any room.
