Pair of 19th Century Elm Benches
A good pair of late 19th Century elm benches with trestle ends and long square section stretchers. These long, sturdy French antique benches have thick elm seats with a deep rich colour and wonderful patination that highlights the beautiful grain of the elm timber. The condition of the benches is very good, they are very stable and solid, standing evenly with no wobbles. They are photographed on our website with a superb French dining table, these pieces compliment each other extremely well, but both table and benches are offered for sale as separate items. The benches offer a variety of decorative opportunities, whether in the dining room, hall or kitchen.
