Pair of Regency Gilded Wall Sconces
An exquisite pair of Regency carved wood and gesso gilded wall sconces. Each sconce has three curving leaf decorated candle holders supported by an ornate backplate with beading and foliage headed with swags, a spectacular urn and pineapple finial. The backplates of these wonderful sconces are channelled to take electrical wiring if required. This pair of antique gilded sconces are typical of the elegant style and opulence of the Regency period and would be a highly decorative addition to any home.
