Set of 6 William IV Satin Birch Dining Chairs
An exquisite set of six William IV satin birch dining chairs raised on reeded and tapering front legs. This set of antique dining chairs have finely carved scrolling top rails, this carving is of the highest quality and is repeated in the horizontal splats. The colour and grain of the unusual satin birch timber is stunning and has been used with craftsmans skill to maximize the impact and beauty of this superb set of antique dining chairs. The chairs are in very good condition, there is evidence of historic restoration but this is not easily visible and the chairs are in good, sturdy order. The seats have been recovered in a beautiful, neutral linen coloured fabric that would sit well with any colour scheme. A fabulous set of high quality William IV dining chairs to enhance any dining room, whether traditional or contemporary.
