Victorian Chinoiserie Papier Mache Charger
A beautiful antique papier mache charger with a traditional chinoiserie design depicting nobles under a pergola in a stylised garden attended by servants. This papier mache charger stands on a raised foot with a prettily shaped fluted edge. There is a small area of minor wear to the surface pattern which can clearly be seen in the photo. An unusual and decorative Victorian papier mache piece.
